even if it means they must survive in a world like this? truth is Im uncertain. that is why I asked... but what I *have* been doing is making the best of what is given to me. still I feel a distinct type of freedom here. a bird taken in by its prey spared of its life but at the cost of its wings.
no, i wouldn't choose to bring any of them to a world like this. i couldn't be so selfish.
the freedom you described doesn't sound very free. it's easy to think we haven't got room to complain in our situation, but it doesn't stop the dissatisfaction from bleeding through. especially when seeing the living come through.
for that last reason especially, I have to say no. i'm not content.
